Ch.8 Children and Choices

Hi there just wanted to introduce myself so you know who I am rather than having Gwalyon always talking about me. My name is Arianna but I do like being called Ari for short but Gwalyon refuses to call me by my nickname. He is such a sweety but he can be such a stickler for formalities sometimes, keeps saying its the way its done which is a load of tosh but I love him anyway.
Anyway we talked for a long time about which we should do first have kids or get me to the top of my needed career. Gwalyon pointed out that he isn't getting any younger and that he is more than happy to stay at home with the kids while I go and work. We ended up deciding to have kids first. But it was off too work for me till I was too fatso to work anymore, I wanted to have just a few more bits and pieces for the rugrats when they get here.

You know I tend to be the more 'practical' one of the two of us but I just can't stop thinking about my honey and the things he does for me and how he thinks of others as well. Its one of the reasons I fell in love with him. He is truly one of the good guys. Now enough of the mushy stuff we have work to do!

Well darnit, who would have thought that I'd be so fertile that I went and got myself knocked up on our wedding night! This is not what I was expecting at all when I got preggers, this tossing up my food what seems like night and day is for the dogs. But I am excited and scared to think that there is a brand new life growing inside me.


Crikey they could make these maternity clothes a bit more flattering than this!! Though Gwalyon says I look beautiful in anything I wear, even a flour sack if thats all we had. God help him if that's all I did have to wear as these things are bad enough!


Gwalyon had just gotten home from work when I went into labour and thank the stars he did as this HURTS! If this is how much it hurts every time then I am only having two rugrats and be blowed what Gwalyon says. If Gwalyon wants anymore then he can get preggers and have them himself though I just can't see him going through this.

It's a boy weighing in at 6'8ozs and measuring 20". Bit on the tiny side but I blame it on the quality of food. We named him Cody (my real life sons name) and we are both very excited to welcome him to the world.

Lets just see how fertile I am and how long it takes for me to get preggers again.
